You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrongly delivered items.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer/UPI after verification.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return at support@empokart.com.
